Thank you to the Chicago Ridge Fire Department for working with our students at Ridge Lawn today and for retraining our junior high coaches in CPR yesterday after school. #cridgepride
This is a reminder that there is NO SCHOOL on Monday, October 9 for Columbus Day. We will see all CRSD 127.5 students on Tuesday, October 10.

We would like to inform the community that we received a call from the Oak Lawn Dispatch. They informed us that an anonymous caller stated there was a man with a gun at the Oak Lawn Health & Racquet Ball Club.
Ridge Lawn school was notified to place the school on a lockdown while officers checked the area. This was done for the safety of the staff & students.
Chicago Ridge Officers will remain in the area and on the school grounds as the students are dismissed from school.
At this time, the call appears to be unfounded.

Team Teach Day!!! Thank you to the staff who attended and participated. We're looking forward to seeing your positive collaborative classrooms this year.
We are excited for tomorrow’s first day of the 2023-2024 school year! As we typically do on the first day of school, the students are scheduled to be dismissed at 1:30 PM tomorrow. Due to the predicted high temperatures, students will not go outside for recess or Physical Education classes. All three school buildings are air-conditioned.
